This Yamaha BB234 features a solid Alder body with a Black finish. The new BB lineup has undergone a significant redesign with subtle contour changes and body weight reduction made out of consideration to playability and comfort, while still retaining the classic silhouette of the BB body/ head design. The differences are subtle, but you’ll definitely feel them. The new models also feature standard sized pickups for the first time in a BB, for more convenient customisation or replacement. The New BB models feature a slightly thinner neck than previous BB basses, improving playability and feel for both modern and traditional players. Lighter weight tuners offer a better balance and complement the overall feel, providing a perfect match for the smaller, lighter body of the new BB.
